Fees required for discharge of conditions
There may be conditions attached to your planning permission that mean you need our approval for certain stages of your development. If you want us to confirm each time you have complied with a condition, you will need to pay a ‘discharge of conditions’ fee.
You can ask to discharge conditions on our Planning Applications webpage using a form called “Application for Approval of Details Reserved by Condition“.
