Which services can I pay for online?

- You can subscribe here to our garden waste collection service
Is paying online safe?
Yes, the payment system is secure. Your card details aren’t stored anywhere and they’re maintained by our professional payment partner.
When you have made an online payment there will be a short delay while your card details are validated. If your payment is successful, a receipt will be displayed which contains a transaction reference number. Please make a note of this number or use the print facility in case you need to contact us about your payment.
The safest and most convenient way for you to pay is by Direct Debit. You save time and there are no cheques to write, no cash to pay, no posting letters, or queuing at counters. Payments are paid for you automatically by your bank or building society.
You can pay your Council Tax by direct debit on either the 1st, 15th or 25th of the month. To arrange this, please submit a General Enquiry Form below, quoting your Council Tax account reference number and your bank account details. We can then arrange the most suitable date to pay direct debit.
Unfortunately, direct debit is unavailable for the garden waste service.
You can pay with cash at any Post Office or retail outlet where you see the PayPoint symbol. You will need to take your bill with you as it has a unique barcode printed on the front. Go here to find your nearest PayPoint outlet.
