Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of waste. 

If you’d like to report any issues of fly-tipping you can do it by filling in the online form below. 

We investigate every case and if we recover evidence we may prosecute those responsible. A range of actions are available to us including prosecution and vehicle seizures. Offenders will also have to pay any costs of the investigation, clean up, vehicle recovery costs and legal fees.

If you find fly-tipping please report it to us. Don’t remove information that could be used as evidence for a prosecution.
