Report missed bin collection

If your household waste has not been collected and it is our fault – please complete the form below.

We are unable to call back for your waste if you forgot to put your bin out or put it out too late. If you have missed a collection and it is your fault, you can dispose of the waste at a local Household Waste Recycling Centre (skip site).

Collection times may vary and we advise you to put your bin before 6am (ie the night before) to ensure collection.
