What Personal Data of mine do you collect?
When supplying comments and feedback about Polling Districts and Polling Stations you may also provide basic personal data, such as name, address and email address.
What is the purpose of collecting my Personal Data?
This data will be used to contact you should we require further information about your comments and feedback and to provide further information about the Polling Review, such as details of recommendations and decisions.
Who do you share this data with?
This data will be shared with us and our Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) and Returning Officer (RO) for the purposes outlined above.
How long do you keep this data for?
Your response will be kept for 6 years.
What is your legal basis for processing this data?
The legal basis for undertaking Polling Reviews is in the Representation of the People Act 1983.
