Household waste recycling centres

North Yorkshire County Council has re-opened some of its Household waste recycling centres until further notice. The Thornton le Dale, Seamer Carr, Malton and Wombelton household waste recycling centres are now open for waste that can’t be stored at home without causing risk of injury or harm to health. There will be social distancing measures in place to keep you and the staff there safe. Please consider others and go to the household recycling centre only if you are struggling. If you can store your waste at home, please do so. It will be open from 8.30am to 5pm.
For more information on the sites that are opening and how they will operate, please visit  www.northyorks.gov.uk/CovidHWRC
