It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.

Notice under the Licensing Act 2003

1. Helen Elizabeth Craggs, Abbey Stores & Tearoom, Rosedale Abbey, Pickering, YO18 8SA

Application has been made on 12 July 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:

  1. The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00.
  2. The premises is to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00.

A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below.

Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH by 9 August 2019.

Application has been made on 24 July 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:

  1. The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00.
  2. The provision of live, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description to live and recorded music and dance each day between the hours of 10:00 and 01:00.
  3. The provision of late night refreshment each day between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00.
  4. The premises will not be open to the public, all events will be pre booked and private.

Application has been made on the 7th August 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:

  1. The supply of alcohol each day between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 and at pre booked events between the hours of 9:00 and 22:00, with a maximum of 10 events per year.
  2. The premises is to be open to the public each day between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 and pre booked events between the hours of 9:00 and 22:00 with a maximum of 10 events per year.

Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7HH by the 4 September 2019.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
