It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
The Council’s Licensing Register, where a record of these applications may be inspected, is kept at Ryedale House, Malton.

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to Ryedale District Council.
1. Birdsall House, Birdsall, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 9NR
Notice is given that Birdsall Estates Company Ltd has applied to Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
- Showing of films, live and recorded music, performances of dance, provision of late night refreshment – all indoors and outdoors
- Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
A record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the offices of Ryedale District Council, Old Malton Road, Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7HH or email .
