It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.

Notice under the Licensing Act 2003

1. White Rose Club Limited, White Rose Club, Ashwood, Cross Lane, Flaxton, York, YO60 7QZ

Application has been made on 20 May 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:

  1. The supply of alcohol each day between 11:00 and 00:00 hours. At pre-arranged events/functions until 02:00 hours.
  2. The provision of recorded music each day between 19:00 and 00:00 hours. On all recognised Bank Holidays, Halloween, Bonfire night, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and at pre-arranged events/functions until 02:00 hours
  3. The premises will be open to the public 24 hours each day.

Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG by 17 June 2019.

2. Jollydays Luxury Camping Limited, Jollydays, Buttercrambe Moor Wood, Stamford Bridge Road, Near Buttercrambe, York, YO41 1AP

Application has been made on 7 May 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows:

  1. The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) each day between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00.
  2. The premises is to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00.

A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below.

Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG by 4 June 2019.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
