Access to meetings
For transparency, meetings of Full Council and Committees are open to the public.
To reduce risk to Councillors, Council staff and the public during COVID, meetings are being live-streamed so you can watch the meeting without attending in person. The live-stream link is available on the webpage for the meeting.
A recording is made of each Council and Committee meeting. The recording is available on the webpage for the meeting.
Some items on an agenda may be listed as exempt. These items are not discussed in public. Our Constitution sets out the rules around exempt items.
To find out how to ask the Council a question, visit the public participation in Council meetings page.
