Touch Tone Telephone Payments

Touch Tone phone payments were introduced in September 2011. The Touch Tone payments allows our customers to make payments 24/7 – 365 days a year using their phone.

Touch tone payments allow you to pay the following bills:

• Council Tax
• NNDR (Business Rates)
• Sundry Invoices
• Housing Benefit Overpayments

You can pay by:

• Debit card; or
• Credit card.

Please note we are unable to accept American Express, Diners' Card, or JCB.

Direct Debit

But please don’t forget Direct Debit is the easiest, most convenient and cost effective way to make any regular payments.

To start paying your Council Tax or Business Rates by Direct Debit please telephone us on 01653 600666 to set this up. If you are not able to telephone us you can download the Direct Debit form, complete it and return it to us at the address on the form.
