Please note when submitting comments the form will time out after 25 minutes. If you have a large amount of text to submit we recommend writing it in an external application (such as MS Word) and copying it into the comments box.
When using the Council's online planning application register you can:
- Search our application database for information.
- Monitor the progress of an application.
- View associated documents such as plans, decision notices and appeal decisions on applications submitted in 2007 onwards.
- Plans and documents associated with new planning applications will be available to view within three working days of validation.
- Submit comments about an application. Your comments will become public documents available to view on this website.
- Find out whether an appeal has been lodged and any appeal decisions made.
Please also note that it can take up to 48 hours for documents to appear on the web site.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
