Thirsk and Malton Parliamentary Constituency - Revised Date

Following the sad death of Mr John Boakes, the UKIP  candidate for the UK Parliamentary Election, the date for the Thirsk and Malton parlimenatary Election is now Thursday, 27 May 2010.

Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm with a full list of locations available on our elections pages.

People who wish to vote in this Election must ensure that they are on the Electoral register and have until Wednesday, 12 May 2010  to register.

The deadline for applications for postal votes is  5pm on Wednesday, 12 May 2010. All temporary postal votes for Thursday, 6 May 2010 have been transferred to Thursday, 27 May 2010.

New poll cards will be issued to all people registered to vote and should be issued throughout the Thirsk and Malton constituency at the beginning of May.
