North Yorkshire Building Control Partnership Audit of
Accounts for Year Ended 31 March 2010
Deloitte LLP, as External Auditor to the North Yorkshire
Building Control Partnership, has appointed 30 September 2010 as
the date on which any Local Government Elector of the Hambleton,
Ryedale, Scarborough and Selby Councils may contact the Auditor, at
1 City Square, Leeds, LS1 2AL, to ask any questions about the
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 or to object to the
Accounts, asking that the Auditor issue a report in the public
interest and/or apply to the court for a declaration that an item
in the Accounts is contrary to law. No objection to the Accounts
may be made unless the Auditor, and Ryedale District Council, has
previously received written notice of the proposed objection and
the grounds on which it is made.
The Accounts to be audited may be inspected during the period 2
September 2010 to 29 September 2010 between the hours of 8.30am to
4.30pm Monday to Friday, on application to the Finance Department,
Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire,
YO17 7HH (either in writing or telephone 01653 600666).
