Ryedale District Council’s Audit of Accounts for year
ended 31 March 2011
Deloitte LLP, as External Auditor to Ryedale District Council,
has appointed 30 August 2011 as the date on or after which until
the completion of the audit on 9 September 2011 any Local
Government Elector of the Ryedale District may contact the Auditor,
at 1 City Square, Leeds, LS1 2AL, to ask any questions about the
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 or to object to the
Accounts, asking that the Auditor issue a report in the public
interest and/or apply to the court for a declaration that an item
in the Accounts is contrary to law. No objection to the Accounts
may be made unless the Auditor, and Ryedale District Council, has
previously received written notice of the proposed objection and
the grounds on which it is made.
The Accounts to be audited may be inspected during the period 1
August 2011 to 26 August 2011 between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm
Monday to Friday, at Ryedale House, Malton and related documents
may be viewed on application to Trevor Anderson, Finance &
Revenue Services Manager (either in writing, telephone 01653 600666
