Support For Housing Association
Tenants
If you are a tenant of one of the Housing Associations in
Ryedale and you are struggling to pay the rent or to manage your
tenancy for another reason, please contact your own Housing
Association and talk to an officer there, as they may be able to
get help for you. Your neighbourhood housing officer may be
able to meet up with you to discuss the problems you are having and
suggest a solution.

Support for Tenants in Privately Rented
Accommodation
If you are a tenant in a private rental and you are struggling
to pay the rent or to keep your tenancy in some other way
please email the
Housing
Options Team at Ryedale House in Malton or telephone
customer services on 01653 600666 for an appointment, as they may
be able to offer advice or assistance or refer you to another
agency for help.
Appointments are usually available every weekday except for
Wednesdays and under certain circumstances officers can make
appointments elsewhere in the district or visit you at home.

Disability
If you or a friend or relative are struggling in your home due
to an illness or disability you should contact
