Allocated Council Home/Lettings

In 1991 the Council transferred its Council House properties to Ryedale Housing Association, now part of Yorkshire Housing which manages them independently of the Council. To contact Yorkshire Housing email their Norton office or telephone 01653 600300.

Social Housing in Ryedale is advertised on the North Yorkshire Home Choice website.  All properties are allocated in accordance with the common allocations policy.  Ryedale District Council and Yorkshire Housing are amongst the partners who have developed this policy and they work together across North Yorkshire according to strict guidelines.
