Respite care

Respite care for parents of disabled children can provide them with some much-needed time for themselves but with the knowledge that their child is safe and happy.

Barnardos and NCH (formerly the National Children’s Home) both offer placements for children on behalf of North Yorkshire County Council who manage respite care in Ryedale.
