The Licensing Act 2003 repealed the Late Night Refreshment House Act 1969. Holders of existing licences and proprietors wishing to serve hot food or hot drinks to members of the public on or from any premises, whether for consumption on or off the premises, between the hours of 11pm and 5am will require a licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
