Dead animal removal

Ryedale District Council collects dead animals from the roads and footpaths throughout the district. If you notice an animal that requires collecting please use the form below, contact the Council on 01653 600666 or email streetscene@ryedale.gov.uk .

All livestock carcases must be disposed of at Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) approved premises; for further information please visit the dead animals page on the County Council website.
