There are many organisations providing support to young people
in Ryedale, it just depends what you are looking for.
Advice & Support
Every secondary school has a Connexions Personal Adviser who
can help you. Look out for their posters, ask a teacher, or
call the Ryedale 4Youth Service for help on: 01653

Health & Safety
If you are concerned about a health issue, you can talk to
your school nurse. You can also call the health service any
time of day on 0845 4647 or look at

you must be referred by another organisation, eg those above, a
youth worker, CAB, Connexions Adviser etc.

Drug and alcohol advice is available from your specialist

A wheels-to-work scheme may be able to help you. Contact

is to do locally, from events, walks and arts to places to
