What is North Yorkshire Credit Union and how can it
help me?
The North Yorkshire Credit Union is a non-profit making
organisation which provides a variety of financial services to
local people who are resident in North Yorkshire.
The credit union runs several savings schemes
and provides loans and current accounts.
A representative from North Yorkshire Credit Union regularly
visits Ryedale House and you may be able arrange an
appointment to see them by phoning Ryedale District Council
Customer Services on 01653 600666.
The credit union may be able to offer specific financial help to
local people who are moving into a new home in Ryedale .
This may include assistance with bond money when taking on a
private tenancy or a loan to buy essential items.
