Notices on Motion Submitted Pursuant to Council
Procedure Rule 11 (Part 4) of the Council Constitution
It will be moved by Councillor Hemesley and seconded by
Councillor Mrs Shields that
"In light of the severe shortage of public housing in Ryedale,
this Council resolves:
a) To seek justification from NYPA as to
why four houses, public property, in Quarry Bank, Malton, have been
kept empty for a period of years, and
b) To examine how these houses may be
brought into use for homeless families in Ryedale.
