General information (location, times etc.)

There are three types of market held in the Ryedale area, normal markets, farmers markets and livestock markets.  Some are held on a regular basis, others more infrequently.
 
The outdoor markets at Pickering (Monday) and Helmsley (Friday) are directly managed by the authority.  Malton market (Saturday) is licensed to a private operator.
