We do not inspect manufacturing premises or places that are owned by the Council: these are inspected instead by the Health & Safety Executive. Please visit their website for contact details for the Leeds Office.
If you need to report a notifiable accident under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995, RIDDOR: this is now done via the Incident Contact Centre.
Major workplace accidents involving serious injury or a fatality should be reported to us immediately on 01653 600666 ext. 359 and we will then advise you on what to do next.
